Hand-rolled potato flour dumplings

Cooking Instructions
Refrigerate, 3-day shelf life. remove from the fridge prior to cooking. Place a large pot of salted water on the heat source and wait to come to a rolling boil. Cook gnocchi for 5-7 minutes until al dente, or when they rise to the surface of the boiling water. Drain and serve.
