Refrigerate. 5 day Shelf Life, can be frozen but must be defrosted in the fridge overnight. Best cooked in the oven (190*C) in foil container for 45 minutes, or until pasta is cooked through and the top is golden and bubbling (test by inserting a blade of a sharp knife, you must get no resistance from pasta!). It can be removed from the foil container and cooked on high for 25-35 minutes.
